RETURN POLICY

OOPS! Something doesn't fit or not quite your style? Here's our Return Policy:

We will make an exchange or refund on regular priced merchandise within 7 days of you receiving the item. Item must be regular price with all tags attached and unworn. If we receive the items appearing to have been worn, with deodorant or make up stains on them they will be sent back to you. If they smell like smoke or perfumes they will be returned to you as well. After 7 days but before 15 days - we will issue store credit only, no refunds. After 15 days ALL sales are final. 

If item was shipped to you, it needs to be postmarked back in the mail to us within {7} days from receiving the item in order to receive a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS! We hope you can understand that as a small boutique = small inventory and restocking is very important in these situations. We go by the date we see on our end as the date USPS dropped off your package.

If item was purchased online but local pickup selected, our in-store return policy applies. Return window goes into effect from the date of your order online and not from the date you physically pick up your item. 

We are NOT responsible for customer error when washing garments. Please read care labels carefully.

We do our best to check every single item that leaves our store for any flaws - if you receive an item in less than perfect condition please contact us immediately via email with pictures included of the damage. We need to be contacted about damaged items within 7 days of you receiving your item in order for us to verify your claim. Any claim after 7 days will not accepted.

Re-stocking and re-shipment to you will take place within 3-5 business days after we have received your order. When returning your item slip us a note including:
