At The Cute Closet, we ship FREE via USPS first class & priority mail. We offer standard flat rate shipping fees and as well as FREE local pickup for those who are in Sanford, NC.

Do we ship internationally or to APO addresses?

Yes! We ship all over and to APO addresses.


After I place my order, how long until it ships?

Most orders are packed up and shipped within 1 business day, permitting there is not an issue or weather delays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on MONDAY.

*After your order is shipped it typically takes 2-5 business days to reach you depending on how far away you live from our base location in North Carolina. That is if USPS is functioning properly as well. Please be aware of their Holiday busy seasons - cut off dates and closures when ordering. 


HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

When you have arrived to the checkout page, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Also, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.

DO I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

Whenever you place an order you will receive 2 emails. The first will be a confirmation email with your order number. The second email will have your tracking number and is sent once your item has been marked as shipped! PLEASE BE AWARE! that it can take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be activated!

I'M LOCAL TO SANFORD, NC - CAN I ORDER ONLINE//PICK-UP MY ORDER?

Absolutely! We LOVE our local customer base and do try to go above and beyond for them. We DO ask that if you plan on ordering via the website that you CALL the shop and check our local inventory first before placing your order. We will carry ALL items both online and in-store unless otherwise listed. Please be courteous to our out of state//distance shoppers. :)
